We are seeking a Head of Product to join Aignostics and drive the strategic direction of our entire product portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing our comprehensive product vision, strategy, and program management across all product offerings. You will lead a growing team of product and program managers, and collaborate across the company..

As Head of Product, you will shape the future of AI-powered pathology solutions, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and critical healthcare needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while building and scaling a world-class product organization.

Where your expertise is needed
  • Define, own, and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy across Aignostics product portfolio
  • Lead and manage the product and program management team, establishing best practices in product and program management 
  • Own product lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and market readiness
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on corporate strategy and product alignment
  • Oversee product management and ensure products meet commercial, operational, and quality goals
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for product performance and strategic fit
  • Represent the product team in executive and board meetings
What we are looking for
  • 8-10 years of comprehensive product management experience, with at least 4-5 years in senior leadership positions such as Head of Product, VP Product, or equivalent roles
  • Proven track record building and scaling teams of product/program managers
  • Demonstrated success launching B2B SaaS products in complex technical markets, with measurable revenue achievement and subscription model expertise
  • Deep experience navigating enterprise B2B sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and driving customer success in regulated industries (healthcare preferred)
  • Strategic and operational excellence - ability to identify market opportunities while driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion
  • Regulatory navigation skills with entrepreneurial agility - experience thriving in compliance-heavy environments without sacrificing innovation speed
  • Hands-on Program management expertise with proven ability to establish and optimize cross-functional coordination
  • Executive communication skills - fluency presenting complex concepts to audiences from engineering teams to C-suite
Ideally, you also have:
  • Direct experience with AI based Software as Medical Device (SaMD) products in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or drug development
  • Working knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA 510(k)/De Novo, EU IVDR, or similar frameworks
  • Advanced degree in science, technology, or business administration
