Scientific Project Manager (d/f/m)

Festanstellung, Vollzeit · Berlin

Why us?

We believe that AI has the potential to revolutionize how cancer and other complex diseases are diagnosed and treated. We also believe that AI is a tool, not an identity – without access to high quality data and a scientifically rigorous, transparent approach to model development, AI is just a buzzword. That’s where we come in.

Aignostics is a spin-off from one of Europe's largest and most prestigious university hospitals (Charité), with employees in Berlin and New York. We have received over $20M in funding from leading investors and are a growing team of over 100 interdisciplinary professionals. We work with academic partners as well as leading global life sciences companies.

We’re seeking a self-driven, organised and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be working directly with our team and partners, i.e., global pharma companies, biotechs, and academia, to define scientific research programs to be tackled by our AI model development teams, primarily in the areas of pre-clinical and translational research. To be successful in this role, you will need to navigate our diverse team of pathologists, biologists, machine learning engineers, regulatory experts, and business experts, to drive research programs all the way from scoping to successful and timely completion.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about doing high quality scientific research, with a relevant background in fields such as biology or pathology. Experience with clinical trials is a plus. Strong preference will be given to candidates that can be based in the Berlin area.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fun, diverse and fast-growing team to work on problems that really matter, while being embedded in an exciting mix of scientific research and medical device development.

At Aignostics we believe that fighting cancer is a concern for people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures. We value and celebrate diversity and inclusion and are committed to offer equal employment and promotion opportunities for all applicants and employees. Applicants will be considered regardless of their age, disability, ethnicity, race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion or any other characteristics. We thrive through collaboration and the more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
